Founding access — Wave 1: 7 of 10 spots left

Most people have been doing
their job for years without
ever actually seeing it.

The next reorg won’t reward performance.
It’ll reward whoever walks in with their work already mapped, costed, and AI-optimized.
Everyone else becomes someone else’s project.

How you outlast the competition

The Mapper is your unfair advantage.
Use it before someone else does.

The teams pulling ahead aren’t working harder. They’re not running more experiments or buying more tools. They mapped first. They saw the whole system — actual steps, real time, hidden bottlenecks — and then redesigned it with that clarity. Speed, less overhead, harder to beat on price and delivery.

The Mapper is the conversation that makes that possible. A structured voice interview that builds your complete workflow blueprint — the document that becomes your unfair advantage in every room you walk into. The reorg meeting. The board. The client asking why you cost more. The Mapper is the game-changer — for your company, and for your future.

“I walked into the restructuring with a blueprint. Nobody else did.”

Not because they were less capable. Because they never stopped to look. The map was the differentiator in the room.

“I cut a step burning 12 hours a week. In under two weeks. Without a single new hire.”

You can’t fix what you can’t see. The blueprint made the inefficiency impossible to ignore — and the fix obvious once it was visible.

“Same output. Half the coordination overhead. The workflow finally made sense.”

Less managing. Less back-and-forth. More execution. The map showed exactly what to stop doing — and what to hand off to AI immediately.

“The Mapper doesn’t fix your workflow. It shows you what’s actually there — what’s worth fixing, what isn’t, and what could run itself. That’s the kind of clarity most professionals never get. The ones who do never go back to operating blind.”

What it is

For anyone with a job to protect
or a company to grow

It doesn’t matter if you’re a manager, a founder, a consultant, or an individual contributor. If you do knowledge work — if your value lives in how you and your team operate — this is for you. 10×Flow is a structured method for seeing your workflow as a system, understanding it better than anyone else, and deciding what to change before someone else decides for you.

The Mapper is the entry point. You speak your workflow out loud. The AI asks structured questions block by block — activities, people, tools, time, cost, friction. In 60 minutes, you have a Current Flow Blueprint: your actual process, on record, with every bottleneck and every opportunity scored. Most people call it the clearest view of their own work they’ve ever had.

L1 Fix. L2 Optimize. L3 Enhance. L4 Beyond. Every step gets a lever score. You know where to start, what to hand off to AI today, what to redesign, and what to eliminate completely. No more “we’re working on it.” You have a map and you have numbers.

“Map first. Automate second. Reinvent third.”

The real question

One conversation is coming.
Which side of it are you on?

Inside every company right now, someone is asking: who can operate with AI and who can’t? Who has reduced their overhead and who hasn’t? Who has a blueprint and who’s still describing their workflow in a town hall? The gap between the two groups is already structural. It’s not effort. It’s architecture.

The new definition of indispensable

Your role isn’t protected by how hard you work anymore. It’s protected by whether you understand your workflow better than anyone else — and whether you can show what you changed and what it produced. The person with a blueprint is the person who defines what the role becomes next. The person without one is the person other people redesign around. That’s the conversation. You’re either in it or you’re subject to it.

The margin war you can’t win without a map

Your competitor doesn’t need to be smarter or better-funded. They just need to have mapped their delivery process before you did. Now they run at 60% of your cost base. They can drop pricing, extend runway, hire faster — and you’re explaining to the board why margins are shrinking. You can’t fix your pricing without fixing your operations. You can’t fix your operations without seeing them first. By the time you start, they’re already 12 months ahead.

AI amplifies Workflow Debt — it doesn’t fix it

Your current processes survive not because they make sense — but because nobody ever stopped to ask if they should exist. AI doesn’t fix this. It amplifies it. Automate a broken step and you get a broken step that runs faster. The companies that diagnosed before they automated are pulling ahead. The ones that skipped the diagnosis are running faster in the wrong direction. One of these groups is going to look very different in 18 months.

How it works

Map. Reinvent. Implement.
From invisible to unstoppable — in one session.

Map — speak your workflow, see it whole

The Mapper opens a structured voice interview. You describe how your work happens today — no slides, no prep. The AI asks follow-up questions block by block: what triggers it, who’s involved, what takes the most time, where things get stuck. In 60 minutes, your Current Flow Blueprint is ready.

Activities, handoffs, and decision owners Time and cost per step Tools used — and the friction they create Blockers nobody talks about in standups

Reinvent — your blueprint, their blind spot

Every block gets scored. L1 Fix: change it this week. L2 Automate: hand it to AI today. L3 Enhance: redesign how the step works entirely. L4 Beyond: the step shouldn’t exist at all. This is the document your competitors can’t buy — because it’s yours.

Implement — execute with AI, at speed

The blueprint tells you exactly where to start. The course gives you the implementation method — how to run AI agents on your highest-leverage steps, how to sequence the changes, how to measure what shifts. You stop guessing. You start moving with precision.

This is what the other side looks like

The people who mapped first. What they built. What changed for them.

40% faster execution. Two processes mapped and redesigned in 6 weeks. The only one in the room with numbers — invited to present to every department head.
“I knew a restructuring was coming. And I knew I needed a real argument — not just saying I was ‘exploring AI.’ In 6 weeks I mapped 2 processes, redesigned both, and cut 40% of execution time. When the moment came, I was the only person in the room with data. My CEO asked me to present to all the other heads. Not because I was the most experienced — because I had the map.”
Daniela M. Head of Operations — Healthtech, Series B
+18 margin points in one quarter. Went from competing against leaner rivals to selling the methodology as a service.
“I could already see it: a 3-person consultancy delivering what I deliver with 12. That consultancy was going to exist. The question was whether it was going to be mine or whether it was going to replace mine. I identified 5 processes burning 30% of revenue in labor hours. Margin expanded 18 points in one quarter. And now I sell this exact methodology to my own clients. I went from being threatened by the future to selling it.”

FAQ

Common questions

What exactly do I get?
10×Flow delivers six things in one: Consciousness (the ability to see your workflow as a system, not just a job); Methodology (the AI-WOM framework — Map, Reinvent, Implement — that works regardless of which tools exist in 3 years); Tool (the Workflow Mapper — a voice-interview app that builds your structured blueprint in one session); Recommendation (every block of your workflow scored with specific L1–L4 opportunities and a sequenced implementation path); Systematic vision (how to read workflows, spot waste, and diagnose before you automate); and Implementation guidance (how to deploy AI agents on your highest-leverage steps, with a before/after measurement framework).

What’s on you: execution. We give you the map, the method, and the implementation path. You run it in your context. The blueprint is yours — your actual workflow, your actual numbers, your call.
Who is this for?
Operations leaders, managers, and consultants who have an AI mandate but don’t know where to start in their specific context. Specifically: Heads of Operations at Series A–C startups and mid-size companies; independent consultants who want to apply AI methodology to client work; team leads who want to drive transformation from inside the organization. This is not for developers. It’s for the people who run the processes that need to change.
How long does it take?
The Mapper interview for a single workflow takes 30–60 minutes. You’ll have your first blueprint the same day you start. The course modules are designed for 6–8 weeks of focused work. Most people see measurable results within the first 4–6 weeks — not because the course is fast, but because the Mapper produces a blueprint you can act on immediately, before you’ve finished the course.
What’s included in the founding tiers ($47 / $67)?
Both tiers include: Workflow Mapper (unlimited sessions), your Current Flow Blueprint (full structured map of your workflow), the Reinvention Document (every block scored with L1–L4 opportunities), a PDF handoff (shareable with your team or stakeholders), the first course module (Map phase — Scan & Diagnose method), and founding member status — upgrade to any higher tier at any time, paying only the price difference. No time limit. No expiry. The only difference between Wave 1 and Wave 2 is when you arrived.
What if I want to upgrade later?
Founding members upgrade at any time by paying only the difference. Wave 1 at $47 → Practitioner ($397 launch) = $350 to upgrade. Wave 2 at $67 → Practitioner = $330. This is guaranteed for founding members, with no time pressure and no expiry. After founding waves close and prices revert to regular, upgrades are calculated from whatever you originally paid.
The window is still open

The blueprint you build today
is the answer you give
when the question comes.

The reorg question. The board question. The client who wants to know why you cost more. The competitor who just cut their price again. The person with a blueprint has an answer. The person without one has to improvise — and everyone in the room knows it.

Wave 1: 7 of 10 founding spots at $47. When they’re gone, Wave 2 opens at $67. The people who moved in Q1 are already 6 months ahead. Every week you wait, the gap gets wider and the answer gets harder to give.
